Cancellation Policy
At IZI365, we understand that plans can change, and flexibility is key when it comes to booking handyman services. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and service providers, ensuring that any changes or cancellations are handled smoothly and efficiently.

Customer Cancellation

More than 24 hours notice: If you need to cancel a booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, you can do so without any charge. Simply log in to your IZI365 account and select the cancellation option in your booking details.
Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee. This fee compensates the service provider for the reserved time slot. The exact fee will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. If you must cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency, please contact our customer service team to discuss waiving the cancellation fee.
Service Provider Cancellation

Our service providers commit to upholding their scheduled bookings. In the rare event that a service provider must cancel, IZI365 will notify you as soon as possible and assist you in rescheduling your service at a convenient time or matching you with another qualified professional, at no additional cost to you.
No-Show Policy

Customer No-Show: If you are not available at the time and location specified in your booking without notifying us in advance, it may be considered a no-show, and you may be charged a fee equivalent to the service cost.
Service Provider No-Show: In the unlikely event of a service provider no-show, please notify us immediately. We will prioritize finding you an alternative service provider or offer a full refund.
Refunds

Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed according to the cancellation timing and reasons. Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within a certain number of days, as specified in our refund policy.
Late Cancellations by Service Providers

We strive to ensure reliability in all bookings. However, if a service provider cancels late without a valid reason, we will take appropriate action based on our service provider agreement, including finding you an alternative provider or offering compensation.
